 Creative Development 

Indigo Yoga

As the marketing department for Indigo Yoga, LComm was challenged with the project of creating a new brand identity that can be utilized for all locations and products offered by Indigo Yoga studios. The brand would support the mission and vision of the company and all its studios and programs. LComm developed a new brand with brand standards, and helped Indigo Yoga clearly define their mission and vision statement. The next step was to create supporting visuals for website and campaigns development, keeping in line with the brand and mission.

 

After clearly aligning Indigo’s branding, LComm kicked into action with developing creative advertising materials to launch the new brand and website. The team’s goal was to position Indigo as a top leader in the fitness industry, and show off the perks of a power workout like yoga. A struggle the team saw was how to properly position the Indigo brand as a strong and powerful message, and not one that just appealed to yogis. Through strategic creative development we were able to push forward and show off all elements of the yoga workout to consumers.

 

 

List of Responsibilities:

  • Identify new design standards such as colors, fonts, and creative elements, and develop a new logo with the new brand standards.

  • Develop website map with interactive creative elements.

  • Generate social media graphics for digital use, and graphics to support programs and campaigns

  • Manage outreach communications and creative development for newsletters.

  • Create all in-house signage for all 3 studio locations.

  • Manage shot lists for photography inventories & execute photography.

  • Develop all collateral for in studio consumption & marketing outreach.

 Creative Development 

The Union at Rivereast

The multifamily housing industry is constantly changing — LComm stays ahead of the curve with our powerful marketing strategies and innovative branding & creativity. With the Union at River East, LComm was challenged with branding a brand-new apartment in the up and coming area of River East- from start to finish.  The brand would not only reflect the modern appeal of the new housing development, but also drive awareness to the area surrounding the development, and its appeals.  Our team built the brand of The Union off the pre-existing textures and design of the current surroundings, and mixed-use development of the immediate area.

 

LComm started by building a color palette, and design concepts for logos and taglines. Once the brand standards were chosen, we pushed forward with collateral marketing packages for promotion. Sales brochures, business cards, sales sheets, rack cards, letterhead, and site plans were all developed with brand standards to support the new development. LComm also took charge of the website site development and site plan, and worked hand in hand with Apartment SEO on Pay Per Click campaigns. Photography catalog and shoots were planned by our team on a needed basis.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new design standards such as colors, fonts, and creative elements, and develop a new logo with the new brand standards.

  • Develop website map with interactive creative elements, and advance the digital appeal of floor plans for digital use.

  • Generate social media graphics for digital use, and graphics to support programs and campaigns. Plan organic and paid media.

  • Create all in-house signage for on-site and event use.

  • Create & order swag for use in the leasing offices.

  • Manage shot lists for photography inventories & execute photography.

  • Develop all collateral for consumer consumption & marketing outreach.

  • Develop social media accounts and execute organic and paid social media planning.

  • Provide monthly analytic reporting on all numbers such as traffic pushed to the website via social media, and more.
