Benbrook Boulevard


The City of Benbrook and the Benbrook Economic Development Corporation (EDC) outreached to LComm Marketing to seek strategic planning aligned with two initiatives designed to attract new business to the city. With two different campaigns to develop,design, and execute, both plans sought to further engagement and raise awareness of the economic development actions that the City of Benbrook had in store for the years to come. 


The Building a Better Benbrook Boulevard campaign was an initiative to brand and create further interest and engagement in Benbrook. - The Benbrook Boulevard campaign is a loyalty and awareness program designed to instill consumer support for Benbrook Boulevard businesses. The marketing plan included the development of a brand, active social media platforms, merchant engagement, town hall meetings and an active website with pertinent information. All the while the campaign opened lines of communication, creating new relationships between public officials and citizens.


Building a Better Benbrook was a separate campaign was a totally different intention. This campaign was designed with the idea of attracting new businesses to the area. The Benbrook EDC wanted to develop an aggressive multi-phased plan creating touch points for business owners and investors interested in the ever-growing North Texas market. With that, LComm constructed a brand coupled with targeted messaging designed to attract retailers, developers and others in the commercial real estate world. Through interactive conference booths, an advertising campaign and networking events, LComm has opened the door to new audiences and created opportunity for business growth.


LComm developed brands for each one of the programs, collateral and social media platforms.
